Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products, there is a no return policy. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/defective product, Risqué Business will honor the exchange of damaged/defective products.
Please open, inspect, and test all products immediately upon receipt.
If a product is damaged/defective, you will need to contact Risqué Business at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt. In the body of the message, please reference the item(s) name, order number, and explain the damage/defect on the item(s). If the damage/defect is visible, we will require photos sent to us displaying the damage/defect on the item(s). Please have all this information available when contacting us.
The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. The damaged/defective item(s) will be replaced upon validation of the damage/defect. For certain products, you may be required to return the damaged/defective item(s) before receiving a replacement. In this case, a return shipping label will be sent to you to cover shipping costs. Instructions will be included on how to send the package. Store credit and refunds are not available.
Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted.
